A rude customer
just made a call to customer, and made me reali reali angry of him la…but now calm down d…
the case is like this, his order has reached in warehouse, but due to some matter that havent settled, he asked us to hold the shipment…then i told him that there mayb a warehouse charge lo..and he keep on saying is our responsible to take care of this, never gimme chance to tok, so i oso keep on telling him that it was not our warehouse, and we wil not be able to take the responsibility…
becos he din gimme chance to tok, so when i tok and he wanna interrupt, i din stop to hear, i know this is not a good way, but if i stop and let him say, i will not have the chance to tok to him liao…then do u guys kno wat happened? he said: i dun want to tok liao. then hung up … …
wah…that time i lagi bu suang, so i call back, n cant get thru…wat a small gas person, i wonder…after few trial, i get him, and said it is not good to do that, and told him the prob will not settle even if you dun want to tok to me..
never met this kind of rude ppl b4, but it is good to meet oso, cos i learnt sth, hehe…
